2. Fax your order to us
Download our credit card authorization form and follow the instructions below to pay using a credit card.

- Print out the form.
- Fill it out.
- Fax it to ISX at 416.920.4436.
- You will get an email confirmation within 48 hours of your fax.
- ISX accepts VISA and MasterCard.
- If you have any questions or would like to pay by direct deposit please call the office.
