Your adventure includes a one day paddle down the Grand River. Experience turbo tubing. All equipment will be provided (boat, paddle life jacket and safety kit). Please dress for the weather and bring an extra set of clothes just in case.

What to expect and how to prepare for your trip -
- Before departure: Each passenger will undergo a health screening questionnaire that will determine eligibility to board the bus. It is as follows: a temperature check with a highly calibrated non-contact gun. Passengers above 37.8 celsius (100.04 Fahrenheit) will not be accepted on the vehicle (Questions: not limited; list is subject to change at any time)
- Do you have a cough?
- Do you have difficulty breathing?
- Have you traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days?
- On-Tour Precautions: All guests will be required to wear a cloth or non-surgical face mask when they are inside the bus, inside at any attractions or restaurants, and in all common areas of the hotel (if applicable). Outside, the bus passengers can take off their face masks unless social distancing (6 feet or 2 meters) can't be maintained, in which case masks would again be required.
- There will be ample hand sanitizer on all our coaches. We ask that each passenger apply hand sanitizer upon boarding and we encourage all our guests to regularly use the hand sanitizer during the tour.
- Specific Boarding protocols are in place and are directed by the ISX Tour Leader on-duty at the time of boarding. We ask that you follow these instructions carefully.
- Our Staff and ISX Tour Leaders receive specific COVID training regarding hygiene rules and protocols and will enforce them as required.
